My husband, Nick and I purchased our first condo in Whistler in 1996 and enjoyed our limited weekend stays in Whistler while running our nightly rental management company and living in North Vancouver. It became apparent that we enjoyed the lifestyle in Whistler & were always saddened to return back to the city.
My background is a Mechanical technologist, where I was employed as a Designer in the Natural gas industry and after 12 years of service, I had the opportunity to take a sabbatical and try out the Whistler lifestyle full time. Nick & I found that we fell in love with Whistler & its community and decided to call it home, along with our precious daughter Kaitlyn.
I play an active role in the Whistler community having been involved with the I-host program, the Vanoc Olympic Office, co-captain of the Big Sky Ladies Golf Club and lending a hand to many fund raisers throughout the year. When not working with my clients, I can be found showing them down the slopes of Whistler or enjoying a round of golf on the course. Nominated in the Question paper as one of the predominant Women of Whistler, you may have also seen my daughter and I in the Whistler Blackcomb video ‘Who said anything about a level playing field’ and also Tourism Vancouver’s latest video.
